HSE actions have a fundemantal position in the Management of our company as being the first principle of our Quality Policy.
 
We aim to offer quality products and service in conformity with the national and international standards by executing all of our activities in full compliance with legal regulations and procuring prevention of people from harm (Healty life), elimination of accidents (Working without accidents and in safety) and a safe environment ( Protect nature).
 
In order to attain these objectives we
 
-Agree that no work is as important and prior to be done without safety measures and organize HSE trainings to make our employees and subcontractors gain this conciousness,

-Conduct periodic inspections in our factories and sites to determine the imperfections and to correct them; offer a safe working environment for our employees to meet our HSE expectations,

-Utilize the energy in the most efficient manner with the goal of protecting nature and provide the recycling of our metal and household wastes,

-Motivate our employees to the HSE topics by awards so as to ensure the efficiency of our HSE activities.
 
Each employee of Havatek A.Ş. has the responsibility to protect the Health, Safety and Environment.The supervision of this policy is conducted by the Vice General Manager and by HSE Chief.
